WeMesh terms and conditions

WeMesh is provided as part of an initial public dev test. By using the service, you agree to the following:

1. Under development

Expect bugs, errors, interruptions, and unfinished functionality. You use the service at your own risk.

2. May change without notice

Features, data, interfaces, and these terms may change, be limited, or be removed without notice.

3. Provided as is

WeMesh is provided in its current state, "as is", without guarantees or promises regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

4. No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WeMesh cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage, data loss, downtime, or any other consequences arising from use of the service.

5. Free now does not mean free later

Functionality that is currently provided at no cost may become paid in the future.

6. Access may be suspended or ended

WeMesh may suspend, limit, or end access to the service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use the service. You may not use WeMesh for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive activity, or in ways that interfere with the service or other users.

8. Data may be changed or deleted

During the dev test, data may be changed, reset, deleted, lost, or become unavailable without notice. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important.

9. No operational reliance

Outputs, maps, measurements, planning views, and other information provided by WeMesh are for testing and evaluation only. They must not be relied on as the sole basis for operational, safety-critical, or business-critical decisions.

10. Changes to these terms

If WeMesh publishes an updated version of these terms, continued use of the service after accepting the updated version means you agree to the new terms.
